Biomarker Assays for Inflammatory Response and Immune System Regulation Studies

Studying the expression profile of chemokines is crucial for gaining insights into their roles in regulating the migration of monocytes, neutrophils, and lymphocytes. Research on chemokines plays a pivotal role in understanding the immune system and its diverse response to antigens and various disease states, such as cancer, inflammatory diseases, and allergic reactions.

MSD has introduced the latest Generation B (Gen. B) version of the V-PLEX Chemokine Panel 1 (human) and (NHP) kits to support investigations into chemotactic cytokines (chemokines). The V-PLEX Chemokine Panel 1 Gen. B kits use new reagents and protocols, ensuring precise and reproducible results consistent across multiple lots.
